Fresh salads with home made vinaigrette is absolutely delicious! It will be very hard to go back to store bought dressings once you make your own.
The dressing is super easy too!
I love tossing in leftovers and whatever scraps I have from the fridge into salads. Here I had left over grilled sausage and vegetables.
