Sugarplum and Brie Tart with Balsamic and Port Syrup

Sugarplum and Brie Tart with Balsamic and Port Syrup

This was actually quite delicious. But then again, brie and puff pastry is always delicious.

I had some sugar plums marinating in a bit of sugar, balsamic vinegar and port wine. A very potent combination, I must say.

I thawed then cooked the puff pastry for about 10 minutes. Then I laid on a few slices of plums. Back in the oven for about 10 minutes. Sprinkle with Almonds slices and enjoy!
