This was actually quite delicious. But then again, brie and puff pastry is always delicious.
I had some sugar plums marinating in a bit of sugar, balsamic vinegar and port wine. A very potent combination, I must say.
I thawed then cooked the puff pastry for about 10 minutes. Then I laid on a few slices of plums. Back in the oven for about 10 minutes. Sprinkle with Almonds slices and enjoy!
