So light and refreshing. All I had in the refrigerator were frozen blackberries. They worked great. Especially in the summer time, it was like a perfect frozen treat.
I had a bunch of mint tea in the pantry when I was going through a caffeine free phase. But, when I came across this recipe, it was a perfect use for all my tea bags!
The syrup is very versatile, It can be used to flavor cocktails (be creative!), poured over ice cream, or used in iced teas.
The best part about this dish? I get to use a wine glass to make it look even fancier.
