I have so many friends who think that Brussels sprouts are one of the least palatable vegetables in the grocery store. Well, they couldn’t be more wrong (in my completely authoritative opinion).
My favorite way to experience the Brussels sprout is by roasting in the oven tossed lightly with salt, pepper, dried thyme and rosemary. This is how I like to prepare pretty much every vegetable, now that I think about it.
Here, I tossed in some thinly sliced fennel. Adds just the right amount of zing to this dish! Yum!
