Breakfast of champions! Wheaties, step aside!
I had a lot of chili lime butter left over from a barbeque I did a while back. It just dawned on me, though, that I haven’t shared the recipe with you! How forgetful of me.
That spoon really has no place in that picture. I don’t even remember what it was used for. My apologies.
Chili Lime Butter
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, room temperature
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- salt and pepper
- Mix all the ingredients together and then let set up in the refrigerator. Bring to room temperature just before serving.
- Put on anything.
