Chinese Shrimp and Napa Cabbage Soup

Yes, this is a bad picture. But, it was absolutely delicious. My grandfather made this dish (more of a “kitchen sink” type soup) and threw in left over chicken legs as the base for the stock.

I particularly like this kind of soup over rice. I could eat this all day long! Yum!
