One of Peohe’s signature dishes, they start with a fresh filet of Mahi Mahi sauteed with macadamia nuts, finished with bananas and Frangelico and served with wild rice.
Sounds amazing right? Well, I suppose that depends on your personal preference. I had a bite of this dish (my friend actually ordered it) and it was a bit too sweet for my taste. The bananas were subtle, but I was expecting more of a crunch from the macadamia nuts.
My friend, however, cannot get enough of this fish.
