My friend Elizabeth and I went to our now most favorite restaurant, Craft & Commerce. I apologize in advance for the next few posts being nothing but C&C food. I decided to take pictures of everything we ate.
We started off with the seasoned fries. Seasoned with chile de arbol, garlic and thyme and served with a malt aioli. Absolutely delicious, by the way.
In my opinion, I feel that shoe string fries are by far the superior way to cut fries. The standard is boring and the steak fries are just too starchy. The only reason to fry something is to make it crispy. Otherwise, what is the point? You might as well just bake it. (I’m talking to you, steak fries.)
