Ginger Julep, Craft & Commerce

It's so hipster, it comes in a canning jar.

I had heard great things about this drink, so I knew, for posterity’s sake, I was obligated to experience its amazingness and report back.

First note was that it came in a canning jar. How typically hipster.

Second note – bartender made it strong! I really felt like I was getting my money’s worth on this one.

The candied ginger and mint were at first an odd herbal medicine sort of combination, but it grows on you. Well, the generic all encompassing “you.” It grew on me, and I’m nothing special, so clearly it is only logical to assume it would grow on other people (you) too.
