Pumpkin Popovers

Might be hard to see it here, but there is a pumpkin pie filling in the center. I made these a couple times and every time they were a HUGE success.

Not that regular popovers (even the ones with cheese) aren’t incredibly delicious, there is something pleasantly comforting about pumpkin in the fall.

The popovers are made the same way as the cheese popovers, except you place about 1/2 tablespoon of pumpkin pie filling (from the can) into the half filled cup, mix it around a bit, careful not to scrape the edges of the cup.
